Homeschool Co-Op
6 Hours Per Week
M/W 9:00-12:00
Homeschool Co-Op students enjoy a well-rounded experience that blends meaningful social interaction with hands-on learning. Each day includes opportunities for outdoor exploration, creative expression through arts and crafts, and development of critical thinking skills through our Language & Logic curriculum.

Microschool
10 Hours Per Week
M/W or T/Th 9:00-2:00
Beacon RVA’s Microschool includes all the enriching elements of our Co-Op—like social interaction, outdoor exploration, arts and crafts, and our signature Language & Logic curriculum—while adding a more structured academic focus. Students dive deeper into learning with guided instruction, enjoy collaborative weekly meals, and develop practical life skills through hands-on projects that build confidence and independence.
Co-Op + Microschool
20 Hours Per Week
M-Th 9-2
Families who choose both the Co-Op and Microschool programs get the best of both worlds. Students enjoy the full range of enriching experiences—from creative projects and outdoor exploration to structured academic learning and collaborative meals. With daily academics and varied social exposure across both groups, children benefit from consistent learning, deeper relationships, and a dynamic, well-rounded homeschool experience.
