Class Description

Practice mindfulness and relaxation in a social and safe setting. Guided mediation, yoga, stretching and role-playing are examples of activities that participants will engage in. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat or towel. Mondays. 2-3:30 Quarter Three: January 19 - March 21, 2024 No Co-Op or Classes on February 19, March 29, Spring Break and April 10 Spring Break April 1-5
