Class Description

In the course learners will acquire the skills necessary to read and follow a recipe, gather required materials, measure, cut (safely!) and mix along with learning to work collaboratively with others. Learners will also be encouraged to expand their culinary palates by trying new foods! Quarter One: August 21 - October 26, 2023 No Co-Op or Classes on September 1, 4 and 25th
